- Credit card details must be provided when making a reservation in order to secure the booking Availability can’t be guaranteed until a booking is paid and confirmed. Credit card will be charged 49-hours before pick up time unless requested differently by the customer, or less than a 24-hours’ notice by phone or 31-hours’ notice by email is given for a cancellation. Late cancellations incur fee (minimum charge $80+GST sedan $100+GST large car $120+GST people mover).
- No contact with customer (No Show) will result in the full amount of the journey being charged. If you cannot contact the driver at the airport, then please call Damir on +61412359160.
- All prices and surcharges attract a 10% GST (Goods and Services Tax) which is added to all charges. Amex, Diners Club and PayPal attract a 5% surcharge.
- A $15.00 parking fee applies from the domestic terminal for airport pick up.
- A $35 fee applies for pick-ups from the international terminal.
- A Surcharge applies for pick-ups between 10:00 pm and midnight and 03:30 and 5:00 am. The surcharge between 10pm and midnight is $30, and the surcharge between midnight and 03:30 am is $60.
- Any diversions from a direct transfer will result in an additional minimum charge of $20.
- A $20.00 fee per baby seat, booster and/or capsule applies.
- Different prices apply for large special events/days such as AFL Grand Final, Grand Prix, Spring Racing Carnival (Caulfield Cup; Cox Plate; Darby Day; Melbourne Cup; Lady’s Day…). Please ask for a quote.
- We allow 10 minutes’ grace for pickups from fixed addresses (office; home; hotel; restaurant etc.). Waiting time after will be charged at $2 per minute ($3 per minute 10:00pm – 5:00am and weekends). Waiting time is charged in 10 minutes blocks.
- EXTRA charges apply for Saturday ($15), Sunday and Public Holidays ($30).
- All prices quoted are for a 4 door sedan vehicle which can seat up to 4 people. If you require another vehicle type, or have more than 4 passengers, please contact us for a quote. Any request for the particular car (make or model) incurs extra charges.
